Position Overview: The chosen candidate is engaged to provide design assistance and to facilitate communications with suppliers at ordering stage.
The chosen candidates will:
- Check client’s orders and plans for any visible errors before sent to supplier.
- Able to prepare electrical and plumbing plans related to ordered kitchen.
- Support sales and after sales team on technical and software issues.
- Place orders for any claims and confirm suppliers’ proformas
- Communicate with supplier on technical issues
- Able to train new employees on company’s products and use of company’s software
- Previous experience in the furniture industry is a must
- Able to communicate in English and Italian both verbal and written
- Be computer literate and able to use a wide range of software
- Have good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Be confident with numbers
- Have good organizational skills
