Sales Technical Support

The chosen candidate will be liaising with clients, sales persons and the technical team to monitor any technical issues that might arise before or during the execution of the order process. You will be responsible to monitor, check, confirm and at times offer solutions to technical concerns in good preparation for a smooth installation process.

 

Duties:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team
  • Analyse Sales Orders to ensure correctness in units / parts / measurements / color / material and model to be purchased from Suppliers
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure that customers receive adequate technical and administrative information
  • Handle all customer inquiries within own capacity
  • Liaise with the Sales & Technical teams

 

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of CAD/Design & Office 365 Package Software
  • Team player
  • Good organizational & communication skills
  • Can communicate fluently in English & Maltese
  • Knowledge of the Furniture industry would be considered an asset
