One of the parts of my kitchen needs to be replaced. How long does it take for it to be replaced?

Claims take an average of 2-8 weeks depending on the nature of the claim. Upon delivery, clients are kindly asked to inspect the items in order to provide further information on any furniture parts that might be damages.
