Just wanted to drop in a note to congratulate you on the sterling service we have received from Fino throughout the process of purchasing our kitchen.
At the planning stage, Maryanne Micallef bent backwards to accommodate our proposed ideas; the planning of delivery and installation dates was smooth and dates were honoured. As for the installation itself, which took place yesterday, I can only sing Fino's praises: the installation team, of which Mr. Lino Mercieca was a part, was very professional, cordial and went to extra lengths to accommodate on-the-spot changes and to leave the place cleared and cleaned up, with another Fino team coming in to clear all the boxes whilst the installation was still taking place. Another big plus was that Mr. Gouder came on site to assess the progress of the installation himself and to discuss any installation issues.
This time round our house project has been a rather lengthy one, one through which we have dealt with numerous local suppliers and service providers. Regrettably, many have fallen short of the standards which should be delivered. What I can tell you is that the Fino experience has been a breath of fresh air and a very welcome change to a prevailing mentality/culture of mediocre and sub-standard service.
Whilst I congratulate you and your staff at Fino, I implore you to keep it up ... it not only makes the whole experience so much more positive, but it also gives us consumers hope that such standards are after all possible!

Thanks for the update. We also would like to thank all concerned, Mr Marcel Diacono especially for his kind patience in trying to give us the best service possible, the delivery people and more so the installers for a job well done.
We appreciate especially the immediate taking care of the small setbacks namely the damaged door and the base unit replacement. We would greatly appreciate if the base unit is ready well ahead of the arrival of the door, to be replaced soonest possible because we also have a piece of skirting missing and a slight "weeping paint" on one of the drawers which can be taken care of same day.
Last but not least, we would also like to thank Mr Dino Fino for the great service he offers through his products and especially his employees.

This was a white/red kitchen. Unfortunately after some time the white colour did not remain milky white but turned yellowish instead. I came to your showroom and explained all this and was informed that you were sending your people round.

First of all I would like to let you know that I have been very impressed with customer service and the buying experience that I have encountered at your showroom. I believe that what you offer in terms of service is a cut above your competitors.

I believe that your showroom and furniture are of a very high standard and I do enjoy myself going round the large showroom. Choice is abundant to suit all tastes. Sales staff are well trained and pleasant to deal with, providing one with ideas without being pushy to buy.

I write to express my satisfaction at the efficient and prompt service provided to me by your Firm. This morning your technician Victor Calleja called to inspect a defect that developed in my Veneta Kitchen which was installed a year ago. Rust has formed in the rear horizontal bar of the lower under-sink drawer and Mr. Calleja deemed to take the drawer to the workshop to have the rust removed, treated and the bar sprayed. I told him that I wanted the bar changed as I did not expect this to happen and I feared rust would form again. He politely assured me that he would refer my request and that I would be informed accordingly by telephone. Much to my surprise he was back in less than an hour with a new drawer frame. I was so pleased that I told him I would send you an email to show my gratitude and to affirm the excellent reputation you deservedly enjoy.
